Capitol Carpets Quality Policy
Capitol Carpets quality policy is to achieve sustainable & profitable growth by providing high quality services that consistently satisfy & exceed the needs and expectations of our customers.
Achievement of this policy involves all staff, sub contractors & suppliers who are individually responsible for the quality of their work & services. To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System, with day to day operation controlled by the Quality Manager.
The main objectives of the Quality Assurance System are:
a)To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard ISO9001 – 2008 (Quality Systems) & approval by The Office Of Fair Trading (OFT).b)To achieve and maintain a very high level of quality work, which enhances Capitol Carpets reputation with our customers.
c)To ensure compliance with all the relevant statutory legislation, and health and safety requirements.
d)To strive, at all times, to maximise & enhance customer satisfaction.
This policy is constantly reviewed for improvement and is posted on the company web site and included in our Quality Management Manual. It is also distributed to all our employees & sub contractors.
